[Composition] This product mainly consists of doxofylline and other excipients: mannitol, lactic 

acid and sodium hydroxide.   

[Description] It occurs as white or off-white loose block or powder.

[Indications] Difficult breathing caused by bronchial asthma, chronic asthmatic bronchitis and other

bronchospasm

[Specification] 0.1g (calculated by Doxofylline)

[Dosage and Administration] For adults, apply 200mg every 12 hours. Dilute with 25% glucose 

injection to 40ml and inject slowly by the intravenous route. The injection time should last for 

more than 20 minutes and one treatment course will last for 5 to 10 days, or as professionally 

prescribed. You may also add 300mg of this product to 100ml of 5% glucose injection or normal 

saline and inject slowly by the intravenous route once a day. 

[Adverse Reactions] Xanthine derivatives may cause nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal pain, 

headache, insomnia, tability, tachycardia, extrasystole, polypnea, hyperglycemia and proteinuria.

[Contraindication] It is contraindicated in people allergic to doxofylline or xanthine derivatives, acute

myocardial infarction (AMI) patients and lactating women.

[Precaution] Theophyllines may vary with individuals. Choose the optimal doxofylline dosage and 

administration, and monitor the blood drug concentration based on the individual condition. See package

insert for details.
